CONSENT FORM UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (LAW), personal data is secured by the data controller Can

Yılmaz – FindPhoto (Sole Proprietorship) in various locations within the company physically or as stated in the information texts

on the findphoto.ai website.

In the assessment made in light of the Law, due to the nature of some personal data and the absence of the conditions

specified in the Law, the processing of data (any operation performed on data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving,

modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, making available, classifying, or preventing use) requires explicit

consent.

The processing of my image data contained in the photographs taken during the event,

● The matching of my facial images in the photographs as biometric data using artificial intelligence-supported

facial recognition technology,

● My personal data may be processed outside the country using the Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL

infrastructure for the purpose of providing me with event photos and delivering the service.

The personal data processed within this scope is located within the country; official institutions related to the defense industry

as required by company activities, direct/indirect domestic affiliates for the purpose of carrying out company activities,

company customers, legal and natural persons contracted as required by company activities, suppliers, subcontractors,

business partners, shareholders, legal advisors, financial advisors, and tax advisors, regulatory and supervisory authorities,

courts, and enforcement offices, as well as other institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data and

persons designated by them.

Your personal data is processed outside the country solely for the purpose of providing the service via the Amazon

Web Services EMEA SARL infrastructure and is not shared with any other third party outside the country.

The rights of the data subject under the law as specified in the FindPhoto Privacy Notice are reserved. The consent

statement provided may be withdrawn at any time.
